Ardrey named North Carolina community of the year
The Cunnane Group's Ardrey neighborhood in South Charlotte, was named "Community of the Year" by the North Carolina Homebuilder's Assoc. at the third annual STARS awards dinner held on September 16th at the Westin hotel in Charlotte.
The Cunnane Group also won for "Best Landscape Design" (Ardrey) & "Best Interior Merchandising for a Model home $250k to $500k (Gothic Tower model).
The Community of the year honor was the only "Super Star" award presented and the highlight of the evening at the black tie event attended by 500 people from the homebuilding industry from across North Carolina.
