Ardrey Commons Recognized with Two MAME Awards by Homebuilders Assoc. of Charlotte
The Cunnane Group received 3 awards at the 23rd annual MAME awards dinner. Both model homes at Ardrey Commons were recognized. The "Front Courtyard" model home won a gold award for the Best Product Design / Townhome priced from $350,000 to $500,000 and the "Grand" model home won a silver award for Best Interior Merchandising of a Townhome priced from $350,000 to $500,000. In 2007 Ardrey Commons was also named Attached Community of the Year by the North Carolina Home Builders Association. The Cunnane Group also won a silver award for Best Magazine ad for their colorful "I Love That Neighborhood"! ad. The MAME awards are hosted annually by the Homebuilders Association of Charlotte & the Sales & Marketing Council to highlight excellence in homebuilding, design and marketing. The lavish black tie event was held at the Westin Hotel Charlotte on March 29th.
